  I have been working with Saudi Bin Laden Group (SBG) since 2003 as an Office boy, messenger & technical room In-charge. I have a valid saudi driving license as well. 1) Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files related to Projects & Administration. 2) Maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data management etc. 3) Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. 4) Dealing with queries or requests from the employees. 5) Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment. 6) Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties. 7) Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees. 8) Training new employee regarding the office clerical duties, when needed. 9) Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties. 10) Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office. 11) Worked as Terminal controller on King AbdulAziz International Airport (Hajj Terminal) - Jeddah Show less
