My responsibilities involved in: Use DCS (Delta V- Emerson system) for process control. Controlling of operational parameters to obtain optimum yield and on grade products Achieve production targets, handling of various troubleshooting and provide solution to the problems. Handle various emergencies like power failure, cooling water failure, Instrument air failure, and critical pump failure and compression gas failure. Commissioning: 2007-2008 Commissioning and start up of 3 boosters .3 gas-lifts and 2 miscible flood compressors (Nuevo Pignone) capacity of 110 MMSCFD. Commissioning and start up Crude oil storage tanks and export pumps. Utility system including air compressor (Atlas Copco GA 30/GA37/ZT160), nitrogen production unit, fuel gas and seal gas conditioning. Cold and warm flare system.
