   Leading a team of four technicians  Assist in The Installation of the new sector of the factory  Design and execute require control circuits  Electrical Maintenance Processes  Solving any technical problems related to electrical and automation system to maintain work operation and prevent factory partially or totally shutdown  Troubleshooting of Siemens pc-based Automation systems both hardware and software  Planning the preventive maintenance Program  Monitors all equipment on production line & ensures that production targets are met in respect of efficiency & the high quality  makes necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain smooth running of production line & implements the regular preventive maintenance program  Check the quality of the spare parts stock & Fabricates or repairs parts and fixtures of defectives components.  Maintenance and calibration of different instruments (flow meters, level switches, pressure transducers, thermocouples,…) of different brands Show less
