Yael is clearly deeply interested in and as a result of that also knowledgeable about sustainable food production and related supply chain dynamics. She is good at seeing patterns in complex heaps of information and to relate that to things you see in our membership base. The events that I have had exposure to have demonstrated that to me. I feel connected to her through our joint interest in understanding the world around us and what we can do to make it a better place. I appreciate her honesty and passion in the team. She is not afraid to speak her mind and gives people the feeling that they can be honest with her as well. She cares strongly about the type of work that we do, and is prepared to fight an uphill battle for it every now and then.

Mathieu Lamolle

Yael is motivated, hardworking and she possesses excellent analytical skills and communication skills. She has a keen interest in sustainable development and in understanding the challenges faced by companies in developing their responsible sourcing strategies. Thanks to her friendliness and interpersonal skills, she has been able to forge very robust partnership relationships with our teams at ITC, and it has always been a pleasure working with her. Yael is a great asset and any organization that she worked with must have been very pleased to count her as a dedicated and motivated staff!
