  💡 I am passionate about big projects that impact and change the industry. So, in 2014 I tuned to education and learning experience design and organized the first STEM club for kids and teenagers in the city district with 300 000 population. Having got a nuanced understanding of navigating the local challenges and opportunities, I developed and implemented 40 offline and 16 online STEM courses based on Human Centered Design methodology.💡 With my talented team, we held more than 300 events and 4000 amazing masterclasses online and offline! I succeeded to be a project leader who saw the big picture and inspired the team through the challenges of a rapidly evolving business in the EdTech and E-learning markets.For pity, this STEM project was stopped in Feb 2022 because of the war in Ukraine.
