      I'm an experienced and responsible teacher with an engaginglearner-centered teaching style. Since my second year at work, I had been trusted with honor classes, classes made up of straight A students. Teaching EFL in China is quite a different experience from teaching ESL in NZ, but there are many things in common in EFL and ESL. They are all about identifying student's difficulties, providing solutions, making abstract and complex rules concrete and straight-forward, and reaching out to connect and motivate. I've got to know more about ESL over the course I took in my first semester's study, Second/Foreign Language Teaching Practice, and our lecturer Dr. Erlam said I was the best trainee teacher in her class in our practice teaching ESL.
