Manage full spectrum of HR and General affairs functions; 1.Design and administer effective policies and procedures; 2.implementation of compensation, benefits, and bonus and incentive schemes according to the business of company and market practices, to ensure company compensation is competitive in the market. 3. Drive the headcount control project and in charge of Manpower Budgeting 4. Manage the whole recruitment, training, performance appraisal process 5.Take responsibility of employee relationship management and solve labor dispute problems. 6. Organize staff events, like annual outing, annual party, team building and so on. 7.Coordinate and manage HR agencies, transportation and security contractors 8.Be involved in customer audit, and following the improvement plan (CAP plan). 9.Other tasks assigned by the president, such as foreigner work permit and residence permit application.
