  2018.09-2018.12: Worked in German Automotive OEM - FAW-Volkswagen Qingdao plant. Worked as PMO in the MTM project, support the project manager to steer the whole project also in Foshan and Changchun. Doing productivity improvements, processes optimization and headcount savings.Use the professional method to support the customer to improve the efficiency and reach the final target. 2019.01-2019.12:Worked in German Automotive OEM - FAW-Volkswagen Changchun plant.Worked as PMO in the MTM project,support the project manager to manage 5 plants-Changchun,Qingdao,Tianjin,Chengdu,Foshan with over 50 consultants. Doing productivity improvements, processes optimization and headcount savings. Also support logistics workshop,doing some line side planning, routine driver planning. 2020.05-now: Working in German Automotive OEM - BMW Brilliance Automotive Dadong plant. Doing project steering in Dadong NEX paint shop extension project. Working as project steering, familiar with the paint shop processes, support the project manager to steer the time line. Manage and negotiate the import equipment processes, make detailed plan of T-cars, try the best to use all the balance. Being also the interface of punch points which need to be improved. Organize necessary meetings and analysis the punch points. To support the new production line, make the proper plan of line side equipment planning. Prepare all the related documents.
