• Receiving the techpack and pattern from customer for each season (2 season SS and AW). Sending docs for related team to prepare pattern to making sample and calculate consumption. Contact with customer to clear some problems from docs. • Requesting fabric and trims from nominated and un-nominated suppliers. Booking the line from sample room to making sample. Following up sample process from 1st proto sample until PPS approval. Ensure the sample were sent on time, get the comment from buyer and complete sample until be approved. • Dealing the price with un-nominated suppliers to get the best price. Getting the price from customer for nominated suppliers, checking again with suppliers to make sure the price is match between customer and suppliers, getting the consumption from technician and make the cost sheet then submit costsheet with sample together. • Order fabric, trims from nominated and un-nominated suppliers for bulk. Dealing with supplier about delivery time to the goods will be on time WH. Booking the line from production to arrange the line to produce can catch customer delivery time. Coordinate with factory for receipt report to avoid shortage quantity and make sure quality of fabric and trim. • Coordinate with factory for daily report, cutting report, and follow up production status. Sending report to team’s leader every Friday. • Update packing list to customer‘s system to getting barcode sticker information. Sending shipping window to export team to booking vessels to shipment. • Working with production team to checking remaining mat’l after shipment. Then making report to summary about turnover, costs and profit to vice director. Show less
