Referral Liaison

Referral Liaison provide support to provider, staff, and patients. Liaison will facilitate relationships with specialty providers to ensure patients have consistent access to quality care. Liaison will track and monitor referrals through all steps of the process to ensure patients do not face any barriers to care, and to help identify trends that could negatively impact patient population. Liaison will also establish strong relationships with outside referral sources to ensure patients are receiving quality care when being referred out will utilize these relationships to follow up on status of patients referrals. Liaison will also stay abreast of changes to insurance requirements for authorizations to assist and train appropriate members of the department. Show less
