Managed contract/payroll hours and reviewed invoices.From 2012 to 2014, served as Project Coordinator for the CMTS Wireless Division in Denver, Colorado. Responsible for tracking projects and internal and external document/data uploads. Oversaw regulatory zoning, building, and electric permits. Negotiated vendor agreements and managed receivables and purchase orders using QuickBooks interface. Managed projects from Notice to Proceed (NTP) to final closeout submittals for payment. Managed payroll, employee trainings, and scheduled daily/weekly staff meetings. Since 2015 responsible for event planning of the annual Epworth Foundation Golf Tournament, a major fundraising event for a non-profit organization supported by CMTS. Coordinated venue selection and vendor sponsors, reviewed and executed contractual documents, and organized teams and award ceremony.
