Developed new processes to change and improve the efficiency of activities in the team. This included developing a number of Microsoft Excel macros to automate data manipulation and conversion. I analysed the monthly reports generated by the application to identify potential issues, providing summary reports for upper level management. Assisted with some miscellaneous tasks when colleagues were away, or special circumstances arose. Show less
