  Developed new processes to change and improve the efficiency of activities in the team. This included developing a number of Microsoft Excel macros to automate data manipulation and conversion. Also developed a Microsoft Access application for auditing received insurance premiums. This task required understanding of how policies were priced, as well as how underwriting premiums were received, and the application needed to be updated on policy changes. I analysed the monthly reports generated by the application to identify potential issues, providing summary reports for upper level management.
