I worked closely with Xin for about a year. Xin is amongst the most hard-working and talented Software Developers I know. He is EXTREMELY thorough with his work, whether it's developing new features, testing his peers' work or reviewing pull requests. He is kind, passionate, committed, and extremely disciplined. Xin has an undying thirst for knowledge. He is a wonderful mentor and even better teammate. I have only ever found him to be dependable, humble, helpful and proactive. Xin is always eager to take on new projects. He is proactive in finding and improving flaws in existing projects. It was an absolute honour working with Xin and I honestly cannot praise him enough. His work ethic along with his talent is something I admire the most. He is an ASSET to every team he joins.
