1. Financial • Liaise with account manager to update status of project cash flow • Follow up with account manager for any payment received from clients/ sub-contractors • Cooperate with account manager for any delay in receiving payments

• I assisted the senior cost manager to do pre-contract stage such as request for quotation, measurement, Value Engineering for a fit-out project in Johor Bahru and also a new built development in Kuala Lumpur. • I also involved in assisting the Variations Order for Civil and Structural Works and Mechanical and Electrical Works. • I assisted the senior cost manager to giving advice in the choosing of procurement route. • I also involved in the preparation of the tender stage for instance requesting the company profile from all the tenderers for pre-qualification purpose before calling for tender. • I attended meeting with supplier in order to know more about the quality of the product.

• I assisted the registered quantity surveyor to do measurement during the pre- contract stage and post- contract stage.
