  Volunteered for TECHO, a nonprofit organization that mobilizes citizens to help mitigate extreme poverty in Latin America by constructing transitional housing and implementing social development programs in popular settlements. I’ve been working as a construction leader since 2016 building emergency houses and walkways for the communities we work with. In May 2017 I assumed the role of Volunteers Formation coordinator where I Worked alongside professionals of urban planning, architects, activists, volunteers and community leaders to create conferences with volunteers in which we discussed the consequences of poverty and popular settlements in Panama. In 2019 I coordinated the Re-Design Project where I created proposals for our new emergency housing models, alongside with our communities and TECHO volunteers. Show less

  I worked as an architect, designer, and plan developer. Cambefort & Boza (1983) is one of the oldest architecture firms in Panama, it is well known for receiving several awards and acknowledgments from the S.P.I.A. (Panamanian Association of Engineers and Architects) for its innovative architecture projects. During my time in this firm, I've worked on a great variety of projects, such as schools, apartment buildings, luxury residences, restaurants, offices, and workshops of heavy-duty machinery.
