I simultaneously developed key soft skills such as effective communication, stakeholder management & engagement, project management, risk management, business process optimisation and end-to-end lifecycle of requirement engineering (requirements gathering, analysis, validation, documentation, management, and User Acceptance Testing). My scrum style training structure provided a practical platform to enable me to successfully deliver several data projects. These were structured in the traditional Waterfall, Agile or a hybrid of both methodologies, and enabled me to interpret stakeholder needs, translate requirements into a simple and logical order and deliver data products that meet business needs.
