Working on cell reprogramming and cell differentiation related with Coronary Artery Disease. Combined with chemical screening, I developed and optimized the reprogramming system and get patient-specific iPS cells done from 70 PBMC samples. I also worked on high-throughput chemical screening for YAP inhibitors. From about 30,000 compounds, 120 hits have been discovered in the primary screening and confirmed by the secondary assay in vitro.
