Before pre-commissioning, check the status of MC and prepare operation test procedure. Check the installation of electrical equipment according to inspection list from design department or vender during pre-commissioning. Before energize the electrical equipment. At first, installation barriers, warning signs, lock out/ Tag out in every isolation points.
