Xi Xi was the TPM for the team I managed and I worked with her for 2 years. Her strengths are her attention to details and her ability to work with folks with varying levels of technical knowledge and bringing them all together to deliver a cohesive product. She would never compromise on quality. Her focus on customer experience and her empathy for her users can be seen in all of her decision making process. She never holds herself back even when technically complicated things are being discussed by the development team. She takes equal ownership in learning the details and adding her perspective to the problem. Any team should be lucky to have her as a product person and I wish her good luck in all her future endeavors.

I had the pleasure of working with Xi Xi for 4 years during my time at Lifion by ADP. One of the things that really stood out to me about her was her desire to work on projects that had meaningful impact on the program's success and not being afraid to question when she felt that she wasn't. This was just the right kind of feedback I needed at the time as her manager. After she moved to a different group, and later to a different role, I got to watch Xi Xi grow from afar into a highly effective Technical Product Manager. Not surprisingly, she ensured her team was working on projects with high impact to the business and delivered meaningful capabilities which resulted in improved developer productivity and a much better user experience.
