Coordinate board meetings, agendas, and meeting logistics, including check presentations, meals, and processing all requests. Oversee and coordinate fundraising events such as Death by Chocolate - a Silent Auction and Dessert Party that has raised over $100,000 in the past seven years (2014-2020). The proceeds are given to pre-selected beneficiaries that are local grass-root organizations serving the East End Community such as Navigation Area Business Association ("NABA") Shoes for Kids, SER-Jobs Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund, Barrio Dogs, Emancipet, and Anchored in Giving. Coordinated and assisted 14 free community distributions since April 2020, the start of the pandemic. Assembled volunteers, marketing efforts, outreach including donations from numerous amounts of organizations to provide the East End community with free masks when supplies were limited, sanitizer, disinfectant, food in partnership with the Houston Food Bank, milk and other essential supplies. Coordinated the Annual Back to School Supply Giveaway (2015-2021), providing over 1,500 students with complete school supply kits as required by HISD, in partnership with local organizations and vendors.

Assisted in the support of 15+ Project Managers, Engineers and Administrative Assistants, created a centralized office supplies for four departments to reduce costs. Prepared for daily meetings by ordering lunches, preparing documents and presentations and Assisted Document Records Management in the destruction of old records kept in storage facilities to reduce cost, reduced the amount of hard copy documents and convert hard copy files to electronic binders.
