Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) Project Manager - Orchestra

For several years I assumed the role of project manager for the redesign Orchestra e-commerce website (http://shop-orchestra.com), an international specialist on child mode.The site redesign is based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), one of the worlds leading e-commerce Saas platforms. New site had to manage several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Greece, US, ...), to be multi-lingual (French, Flemish, Spanish, Greek, English ...) and to be in responsive design. It also had applications for stores, warehouses and customer services.I worked with Orchestra teams on functional, graphics and technical analysis in order to write detailed specifications. Then I supervised a team of varying size according to project step from to 2 to 10 people (developers, integrators, lead developers, architects, ergonomists, designers, testers). We made various applications and integration to Orchestra SI and to its partners (Cross-Sell, SEO, Tracking, PSP, ...), all in an iterative approach with delivery sprint every two weeks (agile methods and internal methods). During the different testing steps, we worked with customers testing teams and our internal testing teams following testing scenarios and no-regression testing scenarios. I managed schedules and budget too.Technologies used: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), Talend.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager - Guy Degrenne

We worked on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online implementation for Guy Degrenne for 2 years. Guy Degrenne is a company specialized on crockery manufacturing and sale, cutlery and cookware.This project was the establishment of a B2B tool for the sales force. It allowed to manage customer portfolio and definition of objectives for each commercial agent. The strategic analysis provided by various reports were among the major assets. Dynamics CRM worked in real time with the Dynamics AX ERP.4 developers worked with me on this project. I worked on schedule and teams management, functional and technical specifications without forgetting budget part. We took over the development of www.picard.fr website, using the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Saas platform (Demandware), in collaboration with the client's internal teams for 2 years. Picard company sells frozen products, is the preferred brand from French people and has a high requirement on the quality of services provided to its customers. On this project, I was project management with a 2 developers team and one architect. Missions are varied and are parts of an overall policy to improve the service quality and the customer knowledge. For example, we did PSP migration, Loyalty implementation, APIS development for mobile applications, SEO and tracking recommendations. During one month, I was a project manager on SharePoint website implementation for e-santé Bourgogne agency. I was responsible for setting up an exchange platform between ARS Burgundy members on a secure environment. I realized Business needs analysis with different teams and writting specifications, schedukes, development and deployment management, and tests. I managed a team of 3 people. The main point was the beusiness needs analysis and proposal of a suitable solution with SharePoint tool. The second important point was the development of a custom authentication provider to use secure authentication of health environment. For nine months, I worked for Cdiscount as .NET technical Project Manager.I had to realize a complete migration of eCommerce application platforms and White brand for internationalization needs. I managed a team of varying size spread across multiple services. I assumed analysis, schedule management, team and services coordination on this project. I interacted with hundreds of different people. I also worked with translation agencies to translate data and applications from French to English and Spanish.The main project was databases migration with impacts analysis thanks to a program in order to determine thousands of impacted tables. I worked for a customer called VirginMega as .NET architect and project manager.My mission was to take over the .NET e-Commerce platform (about fifty applications). The main projects were to increase performances (Page load time decreased to 4 seconds instead of 10 seconds, some programs reduce execution time to several seconds instead of about one hour), to increase security, reliability (errors were divided by 4) and SEO.We created a secure API for tiers applications. I worked for a customer called Oxybul eveil et jeux (previously Fnac eveil et jeux) as .NET architect and project manager.After a complete catalogs and products database restructuring, I worked on a new backoffice website in .NET technologies. It allows to manage and to publish these information. Main functional novelties were content management, multi-languages and multi-sites. Generix ERP integration was a prerequisite for validation worflow tools used in this BackOffice.With a team of 3 or 4 developers, we developed a new version of http://www.eveiletjeux.com/ and http://bebe.eveiletjeux.com/ websites. We integrated affiliation tags and Akamai system. This website was independant of the basket website, so we had to work with basket team to integrate these 2 websites.We created several programs to send data to the differents information systems and to manage cache.In this mission, I had to manage client relashionship, to write specifications and conception documents. I had to realized .NET architecture, components development, .NET and SQL optimization. To improved productivity, quality and reports we used several tools like TFS, StyleCop and PowerAMC. I participated in putting in production and load tests.
