      For several years I assumed the role of project manager for the redesign Orchestra e-commerce website (http://shop-orchestra.com), an international specialist on child mode.The site redesign is based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), one of the worlds leading e-commerce Saas platforms. New site had to manage several countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Greece, US, ...), to be multi-lingual (French, Flemish, Spanish, Greek, English ...) and to be in responsive design. It also had applications for stores, warehouses and customer services.I worked with Orchestra teams on functional, graphics and technical analysis in order to write detailed specifications. Then I supervised a team of varying size according to project step from to 2 to 10 people (developers, integrators, lead developers, architects, ergonomists, designers, testers). We made various applications and integration to Orchestra SI and to its partners (Cross-Sell, SEO, Tracking, PSP, ...), all in an iterative approach with delivery sprint every two weeks (agile methods and internal methods). During the different testing steps, we worked with customers testing teams and our internal testing teams following testing scenarios and no-regression testing scenarios. I managed schedules and budget too.Technologies used: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), Talend.
