Smart Lab Logistics Manager
-
Oct 2020 - Oct 2021
The goal of the logistics manager is to know more about the internal shipping and inventory operations than anyone else in the office, including the role's manager. At a baseline, this looks like managing upstream and downstream inventory flows, but I have innovated upon the role to also include:-Developing and managing an automated Excel-based inventory tracking system-Contributing to a data model to coordinate the creation of an ERP system-Coordinating with partners and other external stakeholders to find and eliminate inefficiencies

Camp Counselor
-
Jun 2018 - Aug 2019
As a seasonal worker, I was in charge of 20 campers from the ages 6-8 for six weeks over the summer, as well as four "teen leaders" from the ages of 13-15. I was responsible for planning and/or executing a diverse range of outdoor activities to enrich the campers' experience, including sports, arts, field trips, and pool trips. In addition, I trained the four teen leaders in proper child treatment (e.g. how to appropriately reward, discipline, explain situations, and set boundaries for the campers) and prepared them for the Recreational Leader position.
