Xavier produced several hi profile projects for my Unilever client. The projects were extremely challenging due to the time constraints, global requirements and multi platform deliver requirements. An awesome job all round.

Vincent Roman

Xavier was an excellent digital producer on an otherwise difficult project for Acer through Mother London. He commandeered the ship through choppy digital waters, helping the team to produce a campaign website with seamless, non-linear HTML5 video localised into 50+ lanugages. He professionally and superbly provided the oil between all the moving parts, something i most definitely commend him for on this project. A pleasure to work with always and I frequently look for the opportunity to work with Xavier again.

I was largely involved in the fast-growth operations as we expanded from 10 to 70 people, with offices in London, New York, and Manchester. My role consisted of setting up Forever Beta’s project management department. Putting in place the relevant financial and operational processes required. I also created Betalabs, a business transformation unit, designed to help large businesses innovate like startups. We teamed up with Absolut Vodka in the US. The work was picked up by Forbes as one like startups of the “3 Marketing Innovation Labs Worth Emulating In 2016”. Betalabs generate for £1M worth of revenue under a year. Show less
