With my team I help our foreign clients with installations in France and those who want to settle in France. I guide them to find the best solutions for their business following the French immigration, social security and income tax legislations applicable to their mobile employees. The recent events and the developments of new technologies make the international mobility way more complex than before reducing the borders. With my teams we are on the side of our clients to help them navigate through the French, European and international legislations. Show less

With my team, I make sure that we are able to deliver our international wage portage services to our clients. While we set up the company, I am selecting our international providers and dealing with them, building the internal processes, structuring the wage portage delivery and providing to our clients my tax and legal expertise in the international mobility field. Within EY France global mobility service line, I am leading our compliance service center. This excellence center works with 25+ people all over the year and even 50+ during the pick season and represents around 80% of the PAS France compliance work. With my teams in India, in Tunisia and in France, I make sure that we deliver the best quality of services to our client for them to be compliant as well as their mobile employees. The challenge on top of the fact that the teams in Tunisia and in India must deliver the best quality of service for our clients is to make sure that these 3 teams from 3 different cultures will collaborate. This is why from the beggining I have implemented a work project mode for the French team in order to make sure they will not work with Tunisia and with India in silos but based on a more efficient approach. We also work on the automation of some tasks with dedicated teams among EY in order to always improve our profitability but also the well being of our teams. A great achievement has been to transform our pick season called the "busy season" to allow all our people in the 3 countries to stop working more than 12 hours a day and during week ends and bank holidays. This is a good example of this new organization. We plan to get the 3 teams grow each year in order to manage 90%+ of the French PAS Tax compliance work and to automate always more. Show less

Responsible for creating and then managing our offshore French Tax PAS team in Chennai, I am fully part of the transformation of our international mobility services activity. I make sure that our Indian team follows and respect the processes especially created for these professionals in order to ensure and to guarantee that the level of quality is as high as in France. In this way I make sure that we will meet our firm and clients' expectations. I am also the link between our French and Indian teams to enhance the communication between all the participants. I also participate in improving the automation of our processes in order to save time and make it more efficient. Show less

I accompany the companies from their employee's mobility projects with all that it entails of formalities, costs (social and tax estimates) and optimizations to the end of the concerned employee's assignment; sometimes even after, if litigations or trailing tax obligations including international mobility equity.Since September 2015, I am also in charge of developing International Mobility for EY in Algeria.
