In this role, I was given the opportunity to shadow various personal trainers and to work hands-on with collegiate and professional level athletes as well as the general population. During my time spent in this position, I was responsible for designing and co-leading various group exercise classes and through this experience, I learned how to implement fitness programs and how to apply these programs to a diverse population of individuals who were looking to improve their health fitness levels.
