Xanthe comes to us from two years in yacht specific recruiting. Prior to this she spent nine years developing a successful career on yachts most of which was as Chief Stewardess and Build Chief. This experience provides her with a wealth of knowledge to assist in matching the right crew member to the right vessel. Yachting runs in the family with Xanthe’s father and two brothers also holding key roles in the industry.
