It was a pleasure to work with Xander. He has one of the widest skillsets of anyone in IT that I know, whether its Lunix, Windows, Database, Virtualization or SAN, Xander at the very least knows the intermediate level. He has "The Nack" if he runs into an issue he hasnt seen or a technology he has no experience in, he will proactively brush up on it or engage someone who does including the appropriate vendors. He has experience managing large projects I and my own management have delegated to him and is great at coordinating teams for large engineering tasks like our ESX Host upgrades (we have 100) , patches. Xander's loss has definatly been felt here at Countrywide and is sorely missed. Xander left us on excellent terms and we wish him the best of luck and hope we cross paths in the future. It's Virtually a small world after all. The team misses you bud!!!
Bryna Kirzner (CAL-ETO, ICP-ACC, SA, CSM)
I enjoyed working with Xander as a client of the systems group; I found him to be very customer-oriented and eager to help. When he took an interest in our team, he proved to have a healthy mixture of knowledge and curiosity that assisted us in finding creative solutions to our systems issues.
