Over the past 20 years Millar Management has developed an internationally recognised expertise in designing and delivering fully integrated baggage handling systems solutions. Their own expertise is now internationally recognised having completed system design works several major international locations including Africa, Middle East, Australia and South America. The business prides itself on the considered approach to operational environments making the liaison with stakeholders a key part of its design process. This provides a sound basis for providing an operationally focussed design. We also have the ability to carry out flight schedule based analysis to allow accurate sizing of systems & facilities. we have always invested heavily in software & hardware allowing us to provide 3 Dimensional design & have now adapted the BIM environment to provide a highly intelligent electronic output allowing Clients to walk around the design on their own PCs & access interactive drawings to see key plant item data. Millar Management is well known, not just for its technical expertise in airport baggage handling systems but for using its industrial engineering approach to ensure that building layouts are designed to meet the process flows of operations. When designing a new system, or reorganising an existing area, process-mapping is used to eliminate any duplicate or unnecessary operations. Once the operations of a business are understood and simplified where possible, buildings and systems are designed or re-designed to directly meet the needs of the key processes. Waste and inefficient operations are eliminated. In addition to aviation, we have a wide experience of commercial & industrial projects, including new build and refurbishment projects. Millar Management provide the following services in the residential sector.
