  San Benito As a Reunification Specialist in a nonprofit shelter, I assisted Case Managers of Unaccompanied Children. Entrance Orientation and Exit Orientations were included in my duties. I revised documentation and maintained communication with staff in order to help facilitate the reunification process. I was the liaison between the shelter and potential legal services such as the ProBAR, the Youth Center (child advocates), and ORR representatives.

Submit to DFC along with copy of Family Reunification Packet. Complete Changes of Address, Changes of Venue form. Obtain child's signature. Send original to Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and forward copy to DHS (Department of Homeland Security). Complete and submit notice to the EOIR form when Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) issues approved release for child. Prepare, compile, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and additional relevant information in accord with Agency policy, licensing and/or funding requirements.
