I procure assets and consumables from more than 75 different vendors, utilizing both Purchase Orders and a City P-card. Using CMMS, I work with supervisory personnel to determine maintenance intervals for equipment, track use of parts as repairs, and create SOPs for efficiency and to reduce downtime. I am currently developing a mobile application to take the place of a paper ordering system that City employees are currently using. This will save the City over $400 monthly in reduced paper consumption alone, as well as reduce the amount of time spent looking up locations of each individual part required.

This entailed usage of GIS asset databases, line locating equipment, in-line CCTV inspection, and manual excavation. I utilized a wide variety of hand and power tools, as well as heavy vehicles and excavatory equipment in pursuit of minimizing service interruption to the customer and ensuring the smallest disruption to the aesthetic of the location possible. I maintained a well-organized stock of inventory in the two service vans under my control; this includes parts used in daily duties as well as tools and supplies essential to the performance of the crew during daily work.

Irvine, California, United States I was responsible for improving Ovation’s Target Support relationship. In this role, I engaged in proactive service call management, as well as reactive escalation management in case of challenges that prevented resolution to the client’s satisfaction. I worked to understand root causes of these challenges and shared my findings with my team, which allowed us to mitigate against future struggles of the same nature. I evolved current processes to streamline service delivery. Along the same line, I worked to create new processes that took the place of less-efficient task paths we outgrew. I was fortunate enough to become fully immersed in the depths of SLA report generation and business analysis in general to the degree that I was comfortable presenting Target with data regarding performance metrics and answering all questions asked regarding said performance. I led daily scheduled meetings to discuss pain points, expectations, and reviews our team’s performance in fulfilling Target’s expectations. I also interfaced directly with Target (and other partners) daily to discuss these same issues and challenges. Show less

With the support of my leaders, I guided the transition from one-off repairs to a depot repair/device swap model. Secondary to my repair focus was IT asset disposition- from cradle to grave, I was hands-on with managed IT assets at HQ locations. This included device entry into asset management tools, configuration management, deployment (whom/when/where), inventory reconciliation, and finally retirement and disposal of assets after lifecycle conclusion. I utilized ServiceNow daily to assist in tracking deployed assets, identifying missing/non-reporting assets, and for general reports to determine device refresh timeframes, progress on repairs, and SLA performance across multiple matrices.
