Wyland's design were always very well thought out from performance, cost, and maintainability aspects. Additionally, Wyland has a unique set of soft skills that are hard to find. He was equally at skilled at developing designs as he was communicating with the executive team on the design intent through presentations and explanations. I would be happy to work with Wyland on another project.
