I served as on of the researchers through an Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute program that granted me $3,200 from the NIH to work on a project. This project was an institutional review of the efficiency of integrated care in an Indiana Clinic, measuring patient outcomes and trends of 400 patients in 3 years. I followed these charts from start to finish noting comorbidity, prescription, and progress changes.
