We were lucky enough to have WuQing in our studio working with us on a complex project. She was a key player in the team, full of ideas, very organised and extremely capable. She is smart, talented and also fun to work with.

WuQing was my first non-sales hire at Applied, and I was so lucky. She was a pleasure to work with, excellent work ethic, and a fast learner. Internally she was communicative and collaborative across multiple functions, and a really popular member of the team. Always responsive to feedback, and consistently got better and better As community lead she presented brilliantly across 10's of webinars and knew how to tell a story. However I think her real strength was in using workshops and interviewing to launch and run creative projects (we have a whole online academy because of her). She has such a user mindset. Any organisation would be lucky to have her
