  I founded AceTech, a successful IT startup in Targu Mures. In less than two years, we reached 46 employees with zero advertising costs and without relying on recruitment agencies. Realizing that growing a company beyond this size is not where my strengths lie, I had a successful exit, where all involved parties were happy with the outcome.   Webdesign was still in its infancy in Romania while I started working at one of the first design agencies of Mures County. I created websites for small to mid-sized companies. I started learning usability from books and also from feedbacks given by the users of those websites. I learned using Adobe Flash for creating animations, and even full websites. I also learned how to work quickly and efficiently in Photoshop and Illustrator, how to code HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript making use of plain text editors with syntax highlighting. Show less
