I had the opportunity to work with Wilfredo both during my time at Universal and we participated in a core group which worked on industry standards. I have to say he is absolutely one of the smartest people I have ever met. What made working with him enjoyable is his ability to work with issues and perceived obstacles in a way where all involved came out as winners. We certainly did not always agree on the solutions, but he definitely was will to work through the situation towards a mutually satisfactory result. I would jump at a chance to work together in the future.
