William was a Remote Support Engineer on my team for the Enterprise Service Desk. He immediately established his place as an essential member due to his ability to rapidly learn new skills and apply them without fail. He was consistently hitting new records for closing tickets and for positive responses back from clients. He demonstrated a high degree of organization and a commitment to quality.
