  During my time at JPMorgan, I worked in business development for JPMorgan Alternative Asset Management focused on Hedge Funds, and later on business strategy for JPMorgan Institutional Asset Management. I was responsible for developing and executing business strategies that led to significant growth in our alternatives business, as well as driving key initiatives for our institutional asset management division. In addition, I had the privilege of working with Lisa Erf in selecting artwork for JPMorgan's world renowned art collection. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into the intersection of art and finance, and the importance of incorporating art into corporate culture. My time at JPMorgan Asset Management provided me with a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, leadership, business development, strategy, and the importance of execution.
