Wesley has been a great colleague to work with. He would help you just the right amount - he takes no BS, nor is he intolerant. When I slaked off, he motivated me to get back up, but did not keep helping, such that I depend on him. He has been an excellent friend! Technically, he knows the things he needs to know. He is a fast learner, as if he does not know information on anything, he will study hard until he obtains it. While we were doing our Senior Design project, he wouldn't compromise quality over pressures from the Chief Engineer and the Professor to finish certain aspects of the project in on time. This shows that he has ethics of high standard, and would continue doing the same at any job, he works for. Overall, I recommend him for a job, or as a friend!!
