  VIATEC offers a wide range of engineering and consultancy services in the technical sector, both local and abroad. This ranges from general project management in a technological context to project engineering of systems. Some projects : Complete overhaul of Sarens 1.550 ton SGC-90 ringer crane. The entire drive line was renewed: winches, hoisting cables, motors, gearboxes, drive and control system, generators and load limiting system. Viatec designed the new drive line and managed the entire conversion. This included a feasibility study, budget preparation, drive calculation, component selection, tendering, procurement, installation and commissioning on site in Belgium and abroad. Project management of a 15MW biomass valorization installation Review and design verification of a 150 ton girder overhead travelling crane in the nuclear sector Review, verification and factory acceptance tests of a 2x10 ton gantry crane in Turkey Complete overhaul of 5x Sarens 128 ton HLTC tower cranes. Driveline calculations, overhaul and changing gear ratio of gearboxes, calculation of new electrical motors, selecting new electronics and new load limiting system.   Als engineeringbureau verzorgt MIDES sinds 1995 de technische uitwerking van engineeringprojecten waarvoor ondernemingen intern niet over de nodige resources beschikken. Wij ontwerpen technische installaties, machinelijnen, piping installaties, isometriën, elektrische installaties en bouwkundige plannen. Voor het uitwerken van lay-outs en as-built plannen beschikken we over onze eigen 3D scanner. Daarnaast staan we ook in voor de projectopvolging bij de ombouw van productielijnen, integratie van nieuwe machines, technische verhuizen en bouwkundige projecten. We zorgen er ook voor dat uw CE dossiers op punt staan en schrijven de nodige werkinstructies. Tot slot staan we onze klanten ook bij op vlak van maintenance management. I was responsible for follow-up of construction and comissioning of technical installations, and starting up the managing thereof to ensure a well performing installation, available for our brewmasters. Castle Brewery Van Honsebrouck is founded in 1900 and has a rich tradition with an eye for the future. It produces around 100.000 hl of various beers a year, amongst them Kasteelbier, Kriek St-Louis, Brigand and Filou. The brewery exports about 50% of it’s production worldwide and employs around 90 people. Show less
