From 2006 to 2012 we have worked together, during these years Wouter has organized and optimized the Tender Desk as a building bridge in the Yacht organization, with proven successful processes. We worked together in a lot of successful tenders of major strategic importance, Wouter always kept an overlooking view on all aspects in bidding, taking his commercial and organizational experience with him, striving for improvement; as well as within the bidding process taking his team in the essential teaming spirit with his humour, commitment, working ethics and critical view. As a account manager for the public sector I had to cooperate with Wouter frequently. I experienced Wouter as a very pleasant person to work with and appreciated his professional attitude. As account manager Wouter was not only able to sell the Yacht products but combined this with a lot of knowledge of the public sector and also of the ICT-field. He always managed to get the right man on the right job. in the rare occasion that the right man wasn't available, or the Yacht was not the right fit for the job he was also able to tell the customer. Since 2011 the service portfolio bid- & proposal management has been extended with contract management for large accounts. In close cooperation with key-account management the contract manager is responsible for risk-management, service levels, reporting.
