Already after three months the opportunity to become Controller Manufacturing raised, an opportunity I decided to take on with both hands. As the controller of the Manufacturing side of the company, I am responsible for all the different financial and business aspects our departments such as Assembly, Process Engineering, Quality etc. have. Currently performing the role of Controller Manufacturing, inter alia, I am responsible for:- Preparing, managing and carrying out the full processes of Short Term Forecasts (STF) and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).- Constructing Reporting Packages for Quarterly Reviews and Forecasts that are presented to the EMEA team.- Providing the EOC for the actual results compared to AOP/STF.- Manage the activities of the Cost and Inventory Accountants to ensure that all the objectives regarding PPV, Inventory and all other related affairs are being met.- Acting as a Business Partner to the Plant Manager, BV Controller, Assembly Manager and other MNF managers to represent the financial interests of the company and advising on financial, operational and strategic issues.- Managing and presenting several scorecards to the members of the MT which makes them able to keep track of their KPI's, as well as helping them with the construction of these KPI's. - Automatization of current processes and developing new workflows to make sure the company is able to keep up with the transition into a new era of Finance.
