PE Castings - Follow-up of big castings (0.1 till +10tons) during prototypes, 0-series, supplier changes and problems affecting production. Including: Co-engineering, evaluation of 3D scans, evaluation of casting errors, identifying and creating overviews of chronicle problems, setting up discussions with SQA and purchasing, releasing of patterns (at foundries) for the casting of series. Technical back-up for the NDT instructors (MT&UT).PE Vertical turning - Responsible for setting up the process of machining planet carriers (castings +/-5tons). This includes making the CNC-program, Process drawings, instructions, inspection sheets,... Defining and improving process capabilities.

Maintance Engineer - Mechanical

In 2011 I started at SABIC in the Manufacturing Talent Program. In ten months I did 2 internships: Site Improvement Polymers (focus on Preventive maintenance plans and Turnarounds) and running business olefins (focus on stable production). This in combination with various courses: reciprocating/centrifugal compressors, pressure equipment, extrusion, corrosion, material science, preventive maintenance, finance for engineers, leadership foundations,...After the program I started as maintenance engineer (rotating and static) running business for the HDPE plants. I was responsible for first line trouble shooting, identification of improvement potential and the technical scoping for major reliability incidents. Contributing in RCA, RCM, FMEA and performance killers/cost drivers analysis. Providing advice in the defining the scope for turn-arounds. Identifying improvement projects and making a business case.
