  Wojtek has over 30 years’ project management and engineering experience on a diverse range of transport, buildings, facilities and water industry projects. He has fostered collaborative and motivated team performance to successfully deliver projects. His project management expertise has been recognised through assignments to significant project reviews, major bid submissions, key roles in the formation of Alliance project teams and training facilitation. Examples of his diverse project responsibilities included Project Director on the restoration of the heritage-listed Fort Scratchley. This unique, award-winning project struck a balance between conservation constraints and a viable business outcome to revitalise the site. The successful delivery of his Gosford Commuter Car Park extension project was also recognised as an AIPM award finalist. Since 1993, he has developed a thorough appreciation of the NSW rail entities' capital works and operational needs, with varied project responsibilities including project management on the Wolli Creek Station development, Strathfield to Hornsby upgrade and Deputy Program Manager on RailCorp's Signal Renewal and Modernisation Program, responsible for a team of Superintendent's Representatives on 14 D&C contracts. He undertook the M7 Motorway equity providers reviews and reviewed KBR's independent report for the M5 Widening. As Cross City Tunnel Quality Manager, he stepped up to extended responsibilities for the Completion Plan. His water projects include pipelines augmentation in World Heritage-listed sites, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, bores and reservoirs. Wojtek is KBR's NSW Project Management State Sector Leader and is responsible for facilitation and assessments for an Australia-wide company Project Management Qualification and Certification Program that has involved over 100 participants.
