As an immediate response to the refugee crisis in Ukraine, I was the main coordinator and project manager of the global cross-border team that focused on connecting people in need to job opportunities across Europe. Through various initiatives we've managed to give job and accommodation to over 1100 people and their families. Our actions spanned from offline and online marketing, database management, cooperation with NGOs like UN Refugee Agency, through fundraisers, up to working with governments and legislators.
