I’ve seen great improvements in both my career and personal self-development goals. Wessam has helped me build my self-confidence and self-trust by always hearing me and being present to what I am saying. During coaching sessions, Wessam asks me questions to help me realize the answers myself and not develop a dependency on him. Wessam is a genuinely pleasant and optimistic person who just happens to be very knowledgeable about scrum/ software delivery, great with teams/clients, has a product mindset with incredible attention to detail and is productive, prepared and professional in all his dealings. I had the pleasure of working with Wessam on a project with some US clients for several months and there was never an instance when he wasn't fully prepared and early to a scrum ceremony. He is great at getting everyone engaged and focused on the tasks at hand. He was incredible at creating and managing the backlog so that it can be understood at a glance. Keeping work in progress low and being resourceful in removing blockers. Another behavior that's a testament to Wessam's team leadership was how he learned what drink each person on the team liked and surprised us on occasion with a treat.
