Promoted in 2005 to lead and manage a reorganization of the Coordinator and Specialist program for Calvin Klein Jeans. Reducing over $1M of expenses we successfully separated from the integrated Calvin Klein Underwear program to fulfill upper management’s objective. This accomplishment was recognized and rewarded by the Warnaco CEO and Divisional President.The newly streamlined program consisted of 22 Coordinators, 2 Regionals and 15 Specialists. Through strategic collaborations with; Upper Management, Sales Executives, Store Planning, Marketing and Design we achieved sales goals of $83M with our major retail partners.
