The project was implemented in 16 villages upstream and 16 villages in the downstream area of the Garang watershed (Semarang) and targeted around 265,140 people in these 32 villages. I was responsible for collecting end-line survey data from… Show more TRANSFORM was one of the projects organized by Mercy Corps Indonesia with the aim for reducing the loss and damage caused by flooding in the downstream areas by increasing economic welfare and improving the livelihoods of the upstream communities. The project was implemented in 16 villages upstream and 16 villages in the downstream area of the Garang watershed (Semarang) and targeted around 265,140 people in these 32 villages. I was responsible for collecting end-line survey data from the beneficiaries of the TRANSFORM program with a participatory approach. My first assigment was conducting an end-line survey of flood-affected communities around Garang Watershed Semarang Regency, especially in Bandarjo Village, West Ungaran District. After that, I also did an end-line survey of the TRANSFORM programs beneficiaries in West Ungaran and Bergas District, Semarang Regency. Because this program used participatory planning approach, we carried out data from the Forum Group Discussion with stakeholders.
