During this program I used my conviction skills to drive the CEO and other VPs to engage in this process and convinced our BOD to approve the process, used my Microsoft background to push Oracle in the right direction up to the point that they were willing to develop a new product for us as part of this program with a massive investment on their behalf, and last but not least, used my management experience to build a strong implementation team.
