I had a pleasure working with Marcin when I joined "AI - Comarch Medical Analysis Platform Team" at Comarch back in 2021. I was impressed by his kind and patient approach to mentoring me in such complicated topics as AI/ML Algorithms designing and R&D Project Management. Even though I was working with Marcin on roadmap (Product Development Plan) creation, I was brand new within IT industry, but he still let me through the agenda very thoroughly explaining every bit of it. When unexpected happened, Marcin was always happy to help and to manage and motivate myself and his team of developers to put all necessary hands on board. I could always count on his extensive experience and knowledge within the highly regulated field of e-healthcare; both MDR and ISO 13485 processes as well as documentation. I can highly recommend Marcin as a great leader, who puts his team first, and makes sure the work atmosphere is friendly and open. He is always there to help, yet projects are always delivered. He's been one of the best collegues I had worked with!
