I am currently holding the responsibility as the Head of Commercial for Dynamic Foodco. My key role is to develop the business and commercial path for Singapore and Asia countries in the different channels of B2C, B2B and E-commercial. Me and my team work closely with local distributors in carrying out brand activation and products fulfilment to the market. The key strategy that I implemented to the team was on how to create demand. For Oversea market, I seek and collaborate closely with distributors by working with them on a quarterly market strategy planning and manage the value chain processes to ensure profitability and revenue for the company. Other than commercial, I will work with the team on market data and trends to keep up with supply demands and to innovate new ideas and skus for R&D and production.
